Sheila Lively is a Regional Director of Operations at TheKey Canada who oversees multiple markets, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality in-home care across her region. She brings a strategic, big-picture perspective while staying closely connected to the day-to-day realities of care.Sheila works with local leaders to strengthen operations, support team development, and ensure each market delivers a reliable, personalized care experience for clients and their families. She focuses on aligning performance, improving processes, and helping teams grow in a way that’s both sustainable and client-centered.Known for her balanced leadership style, Sheila combines accountability with support—empowering teams while maintaining a clear focus on quality and outcomes. Her goal is to ensure every client, across every market she supports, receives compassionate, consistent care that allows them to live safely and confidently at home.

Joseph Taylor

General Manager, Quebec

With over 6 years of experience in public and private home care, Joey brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as Canadian Regional Care Solutions Manager. Upon acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Joey always wanted to work in a field where he could help others. Living by the quote “let us all be the leaders we wish we had,” Joey started his career in recruiting. His devotion and leadership skills allowed him to grow into a human resource manager, before becoming the general manager of the Montreal office. In his current role, Joey and his team strive to deliver the highest quality service to all each and every current and future client of The Key across the country.

Timon Page

General Manager, Ontario

With a career spanning over two decades and 3 continents, Timon has leveraged his extensive experience over a multitude of projects. From initiating an English language department at a private school in Japan, to owning restaurants in the capital region of Norway, his desire to find solutions in challenging situations eventually led him to the field of healthcare. With a can-do attitude and a drive to exceed expectations, combined with a desire to provide the best quality of life for our aging population due to the challenges he is witnessing first-hand with his own aging parents, he is able to apply this knowledge and his customer-centric acumen to the clients under his purview. Timon and his team are always happy to avail themselves for a chat regarding the concierge services TheKey and their extensive referral network have to offer.

Dennis Fancy

General Manager, Manitoba

Dennis graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Saskatchewan and has been working in the healthcare field ever since. He has experience working in both the hospital and community settings. Trained as a community CancerCare pharmacist at the Health Sciences Center, Dennis has extensive experience working with palliative care teams. As a pharmacist, he enjoyed visiting seniors in their homes to counsel them on their medications, but was alarmed to see the difficulty many were experiencing while trying to remain in their homes. He realized that many of the people he visited were not getting the help they needed. TheKey is a personal journey for Dennis to reach out to these seniors in need.

Charles brings over 20+ years of professional business experience in the healthcare field. He has spent a career blending sound business skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and creative efforts to help improve the quality of life for seniors both in the community and their homes. Charles graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor’s in Communication and Culture. He is now serving in his most rewarding role of Regional Caregiver Ambassador for Canada. Charles is passionate about exceeding the expectations of clients and caregivers, and he sets an example of leadership in his office and the industry. He strives to ensure we provide the highest quality caregiving services. Sharon Speirs

General Manager, British Columbia

As a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, Sharon brings her expertise in operations, community relationships and overall people management to TheKey. She started with the TheKey as the Operations Manager for Vancouver in 2018, and played an integral role in creating a successful and cohesive team that strives to deliver excellence to seniors in our communities. Sharon now oversees the Canadian scheduling team and works tirelessly to ensure every client has the care they need in place. Her motto for working in the seniors community is simple; “Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value” -Albert Einstein.
