We’re a leading home care provider in Canada, so we can give you the training and 24/7 support you need to do your best work. We pay our caregivers a competitive wage, offer flexible schedules, provide ongoing paid training, and believe in treating every employee and client with dignity and respect.
While requirements vary by province, we hire professional caregivers with a range of experience and credentials. We train our caregivers to support older adults in the activities of daily living, and provide specialised training for caregivers working with clients who have dementia or other age-related conditions.
All of our caregivers are employees. This allows us to handle payroll, withhold taxes, and offer the stability that comes from regular employment.
Owning your own vehicle is not required to be hired as a caregiver. However, since many clients need help with errands, transportation, and social outings, you do need a current driver’s licence and maintain insurance to be allowed to drive your client’s car instead of providing your own.
One of the many reasons to join TheKey as a caregiver is our flexible schedules. You can choose to work full- or part-time, or provide around-the-clock live-in care.
Your pay will depend on location, experience, qualifications, and other factors, but all of our payment structures are competitive and include the option of direct deposit.
