"My Mom needed 24 hour care while waiting for a bed in a personal care home. I contacted The Key and Brian responded immediately. He asked questions about her needs that I hadn't even considered. We set up a meeting so Brian could meet my Mom and complete further assessments. A full complement of workers were selected and we had 3 shifts per day looking after Mom. The girls fed and toileted her. They also gave medications, exercised, showered, provided companionship and completed housekeeping duties. They would have cooked for her too but the assisted living building Mom lived in provided the food so they just fed her. I can't say enough about the care and compassion that my Mom received while under care from The Key. All the girls were well trained home care workers knowing exactly how to manage an older feeble person. The greatest gift was the companionship Mom received because we couldn't be there 24/7. Brian was very knowledgeable, caring, efficient as were his staff. I highly recommend using The Key."
