With 30 years of experience in Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Strategy, he ensures successful operational execution related to capital allocation, financial planning and analysis, capital markets, accounting, tax, insurance, and risk management. Paul is an active participant in the corporate governance process and fosters a positive, inclusive, “people-first” environment. Prior to joining TheKey, he held CFO and financial leadership positions at Ernst & Young, EMI Music, Triller, Viacom, and Warner Chappell Music.
