Ken is responsible for developing and implementing business processes that position TheKey for long-term success. He has a track-record of integrating people, operations, and technology to accelerate business results and driving innovation in the music, publishing and art industries. Ken joined TheKey in 2021, after serving as Sotheby’s Chief Transformation Officer and Executive Vice President, Operations. In his role as COO at Christie’s, Ken led the planning and execution of all facets of operations and technology worldwide. Previously, Ken delivered large, complex strategic initiatives in senior executive roles at Sony Music and Rodale Publishing. Early in Ken’s career, he consulted at Fortune 100 companies while at Arthur Andersen and Price Waterhouse. Ken earned his M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a B.S.E. in Engineering from Princeton University.
