Erica Smith

In her role as Head of Client Experience, Erica oversees care management and delivery, customer service, care quality control, success of new technology initiatives, and call center operations. Prior to joining TheKey in 2021, Erica worked at Sotheby’s as Senior Vice President of Global Product Management, managing the creation and implementation of core technologies underpinning global digital auctions and the ‘Buy Now’ marketplace business. At Indeed, Erica led regional client services teams for employer and staffing agency verticals. Following an acquisition by Recruit, she launched the Client Services function in Tokyo, Japan, focused on hiring, training and scaling to grow the APAC sales team. Erica earned a B.A. in Art History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
