She started with the TheKey as the Operations Manager for Vancouver in 2018, and played an integral role in creating a successful and cohesive team that strives to deliver excellence to seniors in our communities. Sharon now oversees the Canadian scheduling team and works tirelessly to ensure every client has the care they need in place. Drawing on this extensive experience, Claudia is dedicated to thoughtfully matching each client’s unique needs with a caregiver whose personality and skills complement their situation. Her goal is to create a smooth, supportive transition that fosters comfort and trust for both clients and caregivers.
