Upon acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business in Montreal, Joey always wanted to work in a field where he could help others. Living by the quote “let us all be the leaders we wish we had,” Joey started his career in recruiting. His devotion and leadership skills allowed him to grow into a human resource manager, before becoming the general manager of the Montreal office. In his current role, Joey and his team strive to deliver the highest quality service to all each and every current and future client of The Key across the country.
